Raffia Preserve is pleased to present 5 versions of their Estate Home series of residences. The square footage for these homes begins at 2,312 square feet and tops out at over 4,500 square feet. With this wide variety of home sizes, residents here are guaranteed a unique home they can call their own, built with their own personal preference of packages offered by the builder WCT. Likewise, the bedroom number varies depending on the desires of the buyer. They begin at three bedrooms with a maximum of five bedrooms. These unique designs have both single and two-story designs with specific interior upgrades, such as: grand family rooms, bonus rooms, game rooms and large owner's sweets. These great homes begin in the low $400's. The Athens II and Genoa II are the second story variation of the Athens and the Genoa. They feature more upgrades such as the Game and Bonus Room options. The Portofino floorplan only comes in a two story option.
The Athens Estate home covers a total area of 3,042 sq feet. Out of this, 2,312 sq feet is covered by the living area. This house features three bedrooms and two and a half bath along with a den.
